Stop satisfying the algorithm. Start getting retrieved.
AI answers don’t reward rankings. They pull from content that signals trust, structure, and relevance at the passage level. If your brand isn’t being retrieved and cited, you’re invisible where decisions are already being made.
Join AirOps on April 15th at 2 PM EST for a live session with Eli Schwartz, Growth Advisor and Author of Product-Led SEO.
Eli has created billions in organic search revenue, consulting with companies like Coinbase, Tinder, LinkedIn, Gusto, Quora, Zendesk, and more.
He’ll break down the exact framework he’s shared with board rooms and VCs for how AI search is functioning now in 2026. You’ll walk away knowing:
The 4 pillars that determine whether AI retrieves your content
How to identify the highest-leverage SEO stages to fix first
Why deep customer research is still the most underused edge in AI visibility

⚡️ Stop Letting Viral Posts Die. One Comment Can Build Your Entire Email List.
Something happens after a post blows up that nobody talks about.
The notifications flood in. The DMs pile up. Strangers are sharing your thinking with their audiences. For 48 hours you’re the most relevant person in your niche. Then the algorithm moves on, the feed refreshes, and every single one of those people who just discovered you disappears forever.
No list. No asset. No follow-through. Just a great vanity metric and a blank draft for tomorrow’s post.
That’s not a content win. That’s a leaking bucket with good engagement rates.
Your best post just told you exactly what to sell. Did you listen?
When content consistently outperforms everything else in your feed, the audience is voting, on the problem they’re sitting with, the depth they want, and the expertise they’ll pay attention for. That signal is a product brief disguised as a like count.
Take any post that broke through and ask one question: what would this look like as a 20-minute mini-course? That single reframe forces the depth the post couldn’t contain and creates something worth trading an email address for.
The packaging is everything:
A vague PDF gets ignored before it’s opened
A named framework with a specific promised outcome gets downloaded and shared
A scored assessment or decision tool makes the creator look like the only person who actually thought this through
Two hours to build. Subscribers indefinitely.
The comment mechanic that turns a viral moment into a list.
Post the asset announcement. Tell your audience you built something directly from the content they responded to most. Ask anyone who wants it to drop a single word in the comments.
Then DM every single commenter a link to a landing page with an email opt-in. Not a direct download. A landing page. Every comment becomes a warm lead. Every download becomes a subscriber from an audience that already raised their hand.
The math is aggressive in the best way:
300 comments at 60% opt-in conversion = 180 subscribers from one post
Two giveaways a month = a compounding list built entirely on warm demand
Every asset becomes a permanent opt-in long after the post disappears from the feed
The part that makes this unfair.
The mini-course doesn’t retire after the giveaway. It lives on the site. It gets linked in future content. It circulates in communities whenever someone asks for resources on the topic. Built once, compounding forever.
Chasing the next viral post is a visibility strategy. Turning the one that already worked into a list-building machine is how a creator becomes a business.
The audience already showed up. The only question is whether there was anywhere worth sending them.
📈 ChatGPT Hits $100M in Ad Revenue While Gemini Doubles Its Web Traffic
ChatGPT reached $100M in annualized ad revenue just six weeks into its ad pilot with less than 20% of eligible users seeing ads. Meanwhile, Gemini’s website referral traffic more than doubled after the Gemini 3 rollout.
The Breakdown:
1. $100M and the Inventory Barely Open - OpenAI hit $100M with 600+ advertisers live and 85% of eligible users still not seeing ads, with self-serve access opening in April and expansion into Canada, Australia, and New Zealand planned.
2. Early Ad Quality Signals Look Promising - Fewer than 7% of users rate ChatGPT ads as low relevance, with former Meta executive Dave Dugan now leading ad sales as OpenAI targets $17B+ from ChatGPT consumers in 2026, ahead of an anticipated IPO.
3. Gemini Quietly Doubled Its Traffic - After the Gemini 3 rollout, website visits jumped 51.5% in December and 42% in January for a combined 115% surge, overtaking Perplexity globally by 29% and by 41% in the US.
4. ChatGPT Still Leads but the Gap Is Closing - ChatGPT dropped 22% from its October peak yet still drives 8x more traffic than Gemini, down from 22x three months ago with 4 out of 5 AI visits still from ChatGPT.
$100M from less than 20% of users in six weeks is hard to ignore and when self-serve opens in April, the numbers will scale fast. Track Gemini and Perplexity separately because one-platform dominance is ending.

What Works:
The Hidden Conversion Mechanism
This ad flips acne from a chronic struggle into a winnable fight. “Stands no chance” removes uncertainty and replaces it with certainty, which is rare in skincare where outcomes usually feel unpredictable. Confidence becomes the product.
The phrase “treats the root cause” shifts the category from surface-level fixes to internal correction, making everything else feel temporary or inferior.
The 90-day guarantee subtly sets a timeline for belief, not results.
Don’t promise improvement, declare inevitability. Certainty converts better than possibility.
